STEVEN H. GARDNER
Steven is a trial and transactional attorney with twenty-eight years of experience focusing on civil, commercial, probate and trust/fiduciary litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts. He has been lead counsel in numerous contested matters including jury and court trials, arbitrations and mediations. His clients include individuals, entertainment celebrities and companies, and large domestic and foreign industrial corporations. Steven represented Mobil Oil Corporation for over twenty years as outside litigation counsel in PMPA, premises liability, eminent domain, real estate, commercial, antitrust, and franchise litigation matters.
